Data Processing Agreement
In the course of providing our service, RaceDay may process personal data on your behalf. In order to outline specifics of how we will perform this processing and what our obligations are as well as the obligations of our users/ customers we've developed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that we enter into free of charge with anyone that uses our service and requests it.
Basic data processing terms are included in RaceDay's Terms of Service (Section 4: Data Processing and Section 5: Technical and Organizational Measures), which establish the Controller/Processor relationship and our security commitments.
However, a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement provides additional detailed terms including EU Model Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers, subprocessor authorization procedures, data subject rights assistance, breach notification procedures, and other GDPR-specific obligations. If you require a separate, signed DPA document, you can request a copy of RaceDay's Data Processing Agreement. Once you submit your request, we will send you a copy of the DPA for your review and signature.
